Event - Design & Management

Our exhibit program management is based entirely on strategic planning. We produce and maintain a full show schedule for each of our clients. Show dates and locations are updated constantly, scheduling conflicts are identified far in advance allowing alternative plans to be proposed, complete budget estimates are developed and shows are executed flawlessly.

Graphic - Design & Printing

Graphics are the most important element of an exhibit. They define your company and your branding on the show. They must be executed correctly in order to convey your message and support marketing and sales activities. Our designers and production specialists have a wealth of experience in the unique realm of exhibit graphics. Our in-house graphics production facility utilizes the best equipment and materials available to produce the finest quality graphics.

Analyze

Your brand guideline, design proposal and discovery meeting drive the beginning of every project. This foundation will help address the categories of a great design: aesthetic, functional and experiential.
Every exhibit or structure we design can be efficiently built wherever your marketing event takes place. We make sure at the very beginning that all ideas are practical for implementation and unique to your specific brand.

Explore

Traffic and aesthetic flow throughout your marketing environment are key factors of exhibiting success. We create “bubble charts” to determine best traffic flow and image boards to make sure we’re on the right track aesthetically.
Next we work in rough sketch form, getting feedback from you to see if we’re moving in the right direction. We like to begin with sketching your exhibit design so that we can make fast edits and juice our creativity before the lengthy process of rendering.

Refine

Next we use 3D Max modeling program to render your exhibit design. We continue tweaking the design – tightening up the details, adding color, and often combining elements from previous concepts.

Realize

We present the final design renderings, add the finished graphics, pick the materials, and engineer, fabricate and deliver the custom designed exhibit or structure.
The result is an extension of your brand and the physical embodiment of your business. Our portfolio of exhibits features a taste of the finished product and a sampling of our design capabilities.
